How it works
Scanners put pages in the wrong order. Documents arrive with a cover sheet nobody needs, or a blank back of every page. Reports need their appendix moved to the front. All of that is page-level work, and it is the one PDF job that really needs to be visual — you have to see the pages to know which is which.
Every page, as a thumbnail
The document is rendered page by page in your browser and laid out as a grid. Drag a page onto another to move it there. On a touchscreen, the arrows either side of the page number do the same job without any dragging.
Removing and restoring pages
✕ marks a page to be dropped and dims it; the button becomes ↺ so you can change your mind. Nothing is decided until you save, so you can experiment freely. The counter tells you how many pages will end up in the finished document.
What is preserved
Kept pages are copied into the new document rather than re-rendered, so text stays selectable, fonts stay embedded and images keep their original resolution. There is no quality loss of any kind.
Limits and honest caveats
Up to 100 pages at a time, because every page is rendered as a thumbnail and held in memory. Form fields, annotations and digital signatures may not survive being rearranged — signatures in particular are invalidated by any change to a signed document, in every tool, by design.
Organize PDF pages — questions
Can I delete pages as well as reorder them?
Yes. ✕ drops a page from the finished document, and the same button puts it back if you change your mind.
Does this work on a phone?
Yes. Dragging works where the browser supports it, and the arrow buttons beside each page number do the same job on any touchscreen.
How many pages can it handle?
Up to 100. Past that, holding a thumbnail of every page in memory becomes the limiting factor.
Is the document uploaded anywhere?
No. The pages are rendered and recombined entirely in your browser.
